Extra charges as applicable
- Pet sitting: 1$ per minute beyond 30 minutes after the end of grooming session
- Late appointment: $15 fee up to a maximum of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the appointment is considered cancelled because we no longer have time to provide the service.
- Unannounced absences from scheduled appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment:
- When rescheduling a new appointment to replace the one you missed without notifying us, you will need to pay, either in cash or electronically, a fee equivalent to half of the missed grooming service. After that, we can reschedule another appointment, and the fee will not be deducted from your bill for the grooming service in question. This measure is unfortunately necessary because too many people fail to show up for their appointments without warning. Thank you for being aware of the importance of our work schedule.
- New clients: for the 1st appointment only, we require a $20 deposit to reserve the time slot. This deposit will be deducted from the grooming fee when you visit the salon for the scheduled service. The deposit will be retained for any absence without warning or cancellation without rescheduling.
